Richard joined Lime in 2017 and started running the Cambridgeshire office. After 3 successful years he acquired 50% of Lime Licensing Group and is now cower with Andy Cheetham. A strong self employed background in the licensed optical industry along with sales and marketing and recruitment positions within franchising gives Richard a perfect background to help others excel in a franchised environment.

An experienced sales and marketing executive who joined Lime in 2018 after many years working with a national franchised coffee chain in Cardiff, South Wales. Kevin is a senior member of Lime's executive team with first hand experience of launching, establishing and ultimately selling franchised businesses.

Patrick has helped build online and offline businesses in many sectors; including a University of Cambridge tech startup, a family run apparel manufacturing business, with franchisors such as Snap on Tools and The Bodyshop, sport and fitness, printing, coaching and business consulting. He has also helped numerous franchisees get their strategy and funding in place as an advisor on The Government Startup Loan Scheme. Matt has a strong commercial local authority background and was formerly responsible for 180 staff so to say he is a natural people person would be an under statement! With strong interpersonal skills and a background that includes specific hands on roles within HR, Employee Benefits, Training and Sports Matt is an asset to any organisation of any size. .
An accomplished multi unit franchising entrepreneur with Subway in the North West of England. Ross joins Lime's senior advisory team bringing with him significant experience from one of the worlds most successful franchise brands.
Rich has a strong background gained in self employment and also more recently across various banks including Lloyds Bank one of the UK's biggest franchise lenders. Rich has a reputation as an astute business planner whose work has satisfied the demands of the UK's top auditors including KPMG & Deloitte.
Carys is the youngest Franchise Consultant in the UK. She has recently passed her franchisng exam and is now a Qualified Franchising Professional supporting her fathers activities in the Yorkshire & North East region.
We're delighted to be able to welcome on board Brendon McHugh, a highly experienced franchising professional who recently exiting a global kitchen franchisor to look after the South West region of the UK and to provide experienced input into our property services brands up and down the country.

Rosie joined us in Summer 2017 with no qualifications, language skills or ability of any kind. She joined our fast track training scheme and is now a fully qualified security specialist advising the executive team of threats and unwanted visitors. Once accepted she switches persona and is happy to sit on your knee all day whilst keeping a watchful ear open.
