All colleagues and business partners within the Logic Document brand globally, are encouraged to adopt the Founder mindset, vision and mission goals. At Logic Document we create a culture of vision passion and creativity which gives all persons involved a positive fluid environment to grow and succeed within their respective fields and to harness the (MTP) that we are here to improve humanity. Something we start from within, and share with our clients and beyond. 

At Logic Document we actively encourage that we drop ‘’brules’’ i.e. bullshit rules and fake titles to create a fluid and expansive and creative environment such as ours. You will not hear titles like these within our organisation:

  • CEO
  • Finance Director 
  • Manager
  • Team Leader 
  • Project Assistant 

The list is endless, we believe in harnessing individual creativity and not the title or power. Instead you’ll hear us be called:

  • Founder
  • Creator
  • Innovator
  • Communicator 
  • Inspirer 
  • And beyond 

By doing so we revolutionise and smash down old archaic titles that damage the communication required with a multinational organisation like Logic Document.

By using methods such as OODA (Observe, Orientate, Decide and Act) and MTP (Mission Thought Process) and many more we are able to effectively communicate in a clear and transparent manner where the outcome is honest and authentic. This is something all global data laws set out to achieve. 

Here at Logic Document we have a global motto or mission statement as I like to call it:

 ‘’We invest in our staff, our staff invest in their careers, in turn their careers improve their lives, their lives touch others and improve humanity. ‘’

The above can also be translated to clients and consumers.

At Logic Document, we do not sell.

We collaborate, help, educate and innovate with our clients and partners.
